(NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today it has received the resignation from office of Mr. Isaac Manor, a member of the Company's board of directors who had been appointed by Discount Investment Corporation Ltd., or DIC, and DIC's notification appointing Mr. Assaf Topaz in his place.
