Tri-Valley Bank Announces Stock Purchase Agreement Terminated

Tri-Valley Bank (OTCBB: TRVB) announced today that Tri-Capital, LLC has terminated its Stock Purchase Agreement with the bank dated March 15, 2010 pursuant to which it would have initially invested $6.0 million in the bank.
