JBS USA Lux S.A. today announced that it has commenced a private offering of $650.0 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2029 (the "Notes"). JBS USA, JBS USA Food Company and JBS USA Finance, Inc. will be Co-Issuers of the Notes.
