Pan American Metals of Miami Reports Favorable Outlook for Gold for Second Half of 2011. The outlook for gold, during the second half of this year, is very encouraging for investors. According to Brian Hicks, co-manager of US Global Investors Global Resources Fund, the next few months look very positive for gold.
